There are few things that can bring an entire city together.

For generations, the Spurs have been one of them.

The impact of a team isn't measured only by what happens on the court, but by the memories created, the communities strengthened, and the lives touched along the way.

Today, we're simply saying thank you.

Jude is a dedicated Maya’s Love youth volunteer who leads with kindness, compassion, and service throughout his community. 🌟

Today, during the San Antonio City Council A Session, we celebrated the U.S. Army's 251st Birthday alongside veterans, service members, and city leaders.

As an organization founded by an Army veteran in Military City USA, Maya's Love is proud to honor the service, sacrifice, and dedication of those who have worn the uniform.

Happy Birthday to the Army and thank you to all who serve. 🎂⭐🇺🇸

🐴 Did you know? 🩷

Horses are prey animals, constantly assessing their environment for signs of safety. In many ways, humans do the same.

For individuals living with PTSD, the brain's search for safety can continue long after a traumatic event has ended. What may look like being "on edge," withdrawn, or easily startled is often a nervous system doing its best to protect itself.

Understanding PTSD starts with understanding that trauma can change how a person experiences the world.

A little patience, compassion, and support can go a long way in helping someone feel seen, understood, and safe.

If you or someone you know is struggling, reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. 🧠🌱
