Great event from the Pleasanton Rotary Club this evening!

Please join us October 2 at Lew’s at the Country Club for our annual Pints for Polio event as we celebrate World Polio Day. Raise a pint! Putt for the win! Play trivia! Once again Joe and Cindy Vickers will host our trivia contest. Lee Ricks IV and Greg Leach will be handling the putting contest. This is a super fun event to support Rotary International’s ongoing cause to end polio worldwide.

In the spirit of good sportsmanship President Shannon Chicoine visited the Pleasanton Rotary Club on Thursday to honor our annual President’s side wager on the game. Fun fact! These ladies have known each other for about 46 years and both are Pleasanton Class of 1991. 🏈

📣Our JOURDANTON branch will be collecting items for the Jourdanton ISD Care Closet! The Care Closet is stocked with clothing, hygiene products, household items, and more, and is available for students and their families to access items they may need.

Donations can be dropped off at the Jourdanton Branch Lobby now through Wednesday, September 30th!

Continuing in the tradition of encouraging good sportsmanship, the Jourdanton Rotary Club and Pleasanton Rotary Club will have a friendly wager on tonight’s big 97 Showdown between the Jourdanton Indians and Pleasanton Eagles! The losing team’s club President will have to sport the opponent’s jersey at an upcoming Rotary meeting! GO INDIANS!!!
