Nolanville past Family & friends.
Today, my heart aches as I share the devastating news of Erica’s passing. She was more than just a supporter of the Nolanville Cowboys; she was our fiercest advocate, a constant source of strength and love. Erica embodied the spirit of our team, always standing up for us, cheering us on, and reminding us of the values we strive to uphold.
Her unwavering support was a lifeline. She defended us with passion, ensuring that we knew we had someone in our corner no matter the circumstance. But what I will cherish most about Erica is her fierce dedication to holding me accountable. Whenever I fell short of the standards I set for myself, she was there to remind me of my potential, pushing me to rise above and be the best version of myself. It was her tough love that shaped me, both as a coach and as a person.
Erica had an incredible way of making everyone feel valued and heard. Her laughter, wisdom, and no-nonsense attitude created a bond that will forever be etched in my heart. I will miss her presence at our games, her enthusiastic cheers, and those moments when she would challenge me to aim higher.
As we move forward without her, I know that her spirit will continue to inspire us—reminding us to be brave, to support one another, and to strive for excellence. Erica’s legacy will live on in the Nolanville Cowboys, and I’ll carry her memory with me always.
Thank you, Erica, for your love, your support, and your unwavering belief in me. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences are with Erica’s family, friends, and especially Trevion and Shantrel during this incredibly difficult time. The Nolanville Cowboys have lost not just a supporter, but a cherished member of our family.
With love,
Coach Steven
