🙌🏾 We acknowledge the outstanding volunteer mentor and coach, Mansa Adams. 🙏🏾 He has been sharing his expertise and talents with our Kingz, teaching them various skills including arts, geography, soccer and basketball. Mansa's guidance has enabled our young kings to explore their creativity and learn about their roots through shading techniques and Black History. 💪🏾 Moreover, he is a devoted spouse, father, and inspirational role model. 👨‍👧‍👦 Thank you for pouring into our Kingz, Mansa!

We are currently accepting home applications and invite you to apply your own home or nominate a family member, neighbor, or someone who could truly benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

To qualify, homeowners must:
✔ Live in Salt Lake County
✔ Be low-income
✔ Be a senior, veteran, or person with a disability

Kingz Kamp Afterschool Reading Initiative.

Children should read or be read to for at least 20-30 minutes a day, a consistent habit proven to boost vocabulary, comprehension, and academic success, though exact times vary by age, with younger kids benefiting from shorter bursts (5-15 mins) and older kids building stamina for longer sessions, prioritizing engagement and enjoyment over strict duration.
