Ten years ago, the Pulse tragedy shook LGBTQ+ communities around the world.

Today, we remember the 49 people whose lives were taken, honor the survivors and families who continue to carry that loss, and recommit ourselves to building communities where every LGBTQ+ person can find safety, acceptance, and belonging.

As we reflect, we invite you to share a message of remembrance, hope, or solidarity in the comments.

🕯️ We remember.
🏳️‍🌈 We stand together.
❤️ We continue forward.

📼 Before TikTok. Before Instagram. Before Discord.

For nearly 50 years, LGBTQ Mormons, families, friends, and allies have been finding one another, building community, and creating spaces of safety, love, and hope.

These conference logos represent just a few moments from Affirmation's history since our founding in 1977.

As we celebrate 49 years of community, we honor those who came before us and helped create the spaces we enjoy today.
