WestSide Dance

WestSide Dance Youth Specializing in Mexican Folk dance and Community Service WestSide Dance was founded in 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The original group of youth named the group based on their pride for their community. The group has performed all over the valley, at various community events including various 2002 Winter Games venues, Hispanic Fiesta Days, State Fairpark, Westfest, Hispanic-American Festival, various schools, church carnivals, businesses, and grand opening events. The group also participates in many community se

rvice projects such as yard care for the elderly, preparing and serving over 500 sandwiches to the homeless, clothing and food drives, and much more.

Today is the day/ Looking forward to all the new students!!!
Now accepting new students for Ballet Folklorico ages 6-12 years of age for Wednesday classes from 5:30-7pm and Summer program. Classes located in West Valley City near Hunter High. WestSide Dance (801)867-9884. Text or PM for more information. Classes start Wednesday June 3. This class includes Mexican folk dance instruction and crafts and ends with a recital in Late August.

WestSide Dance had an amazing 2025 and we want to thank all our dancers, parents, sponsors, and supporters! We look forward to the New Year and building momentum in building our community through outreach programs, new workshops, accepting new dancers to our Elite Estrellas and Luceritos programs. Entering our 29th year and we are proud to say that over 500 youth have participated in our programs!!!
