East Youth Football (EFY) is an organization dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of football, sportsmanship and civic duty to the youth of Salt Lake City, Utah. EYF keep our kids active, interested and occupied. Our program keeps participants physically fit and teaches them important lessons about teamwork, perseverance, scholastic achievement, and fair play.

Big shout out to this crew for playing in the 2026 Utah Youth Rugby All State match this evening. Congrats to Coach Nate Kingsford having been selected as one of the coaches for the All State North team and congrats to Eli, Misi, Petu and DeeMo for getting work done tonight and representing Utah Youth Rugby and East Rugby is a positive way!!! Congrats to all and thanks for a great season. .ehs
