🧡 Trust is at the heart of every meaningful relationship, whether with friends, family, coworkers, donors, or community. That’s why we’re excited to share this upcoming Gathering for Impact workshop, Building Bridges: Anatomy of Trust featuring Encircle CEO, Alex Cutini and hosted by Kristin Andrus.

Using Brené Brown’s BRAVING framework, this workshop will explore how trust is built, broken, repaired, and sustained. You’ll learn practical tools you can use in every area of life and leadership.

📍 Spy Hop Rooftop — Salt Lake City
📅 June 25 at 10 AM
🎟️ Free to attend

Whether you work in nonprofit spaces, community building, or simply want stronger relationships, this conversation has something valuable to offer.

We’d love to see some Encircle friends there 💜

Learn a framework to build, protect, and repair trust in any relationship--with donors, clients, coworkers, even friends & family.

💖💛💙 Today, Encircle celebrates Pansexual & Panromantic Visibility Day! We honor and uplift everyone whose identities remind us that love, attraction, and connection go beyond limits and labels. Your experiences, your stories, and your visibility matter — today and every day.

At Encircle, we’re committed to creating spaces where every LGBTQ+ young person feels seen, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are.

Therapy can feel a lot like starting a home renovation or cleaning out a packed closet. 🧺🏠

At first, it feels productive. Then somewhere in the middle, everything feels like a mess and you start wondering:
“Why did I even start this?”

That messy middle can feel overwhelming in therapy too. Old emotions come up. Patterns get challenged. Things may feel harder before they feel lighter.

But healing isn’t about staying comfortable — it’s about creating space for something healthier, calmer, and more sustainable. ✨

If you keep going and trust the process, the outcome can be life-changing — like finally stepping back and seeing a beautifully finished renovation or an organized space that finally lets you breathe easier.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, give yourself permission to start. 💛

Encircle therapy has caring and LGBTQ+ friendly therapists ready to help you, your family or your loved one. We take most private, group and public insurance, and scholarships are still available based on need.

Ready to take the next step? Schedule a session with one of our therapists or fill out an online scholarship application at the link below.

Today, on Agender Pride Day, we celebrate and uplift agender individuals in our community and beyond. 💚

At Encircle, we believe everyone deserves to be seen, respected, and affirmed exactly as they are. We’re grateful for the agender people who make our spaces stronger, kinder, and more authentic every day.

Whether you’re exploring your identity, living openly, or simply looking for community, you belong here. Happy Agender Pride Day from all of us at Encircle. 🖤💚🤍

Today and every day, we stand against homophobia, transphobia, and biphobia. 💛

At Encircle, we believe every LGBTQ+ young person deserves to feel safe, celebrated, and supported exactly as they are. International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia is a reminder that creating a more affirming world takes all of us — showing up for each other, speaking up against hate, and building community rooted in love.

To every q***r and trans person in our community: we’re so glad you’re here. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

We are heartbroken by the passing of Jason Collins, a trailblazer, advocate, and hero to so many.

During All-Star Weekend in 2023, visited Encircle as part of , spending time with our young people, participating in programs, and reminding all of us what authentic leadership looks like. One of our favorite moments was seeing his reaction to finding his photo on our wall of q***r heroes, a place he so rightfully belongs.

Jason’s courage to live openly and unapologetically helped change the world for LGBTQ+ people, especially young people searching for hope, belonging, and examples of what’s possible. His legacy extends far beyond basketball. It lives in every young person who feels seen because someone like Jason went first.

Thank you, Jason, for showing our families and youth what it means to lead with love, give back generously, and be exactly who you are.

No sides. Only love. 🏳️‍🌈🏀
