Happy back-to-school season from all of us at TURN! For the individuals who attend our Day Programs, learning continues all year long.

Every day brings opportunities to build life skills, strengthen friendships, and discover more of the communities around us. Sometimes the best classroom is right in our own backyard, like our recent visit to Utah Valley University.

At TURN, continuing education is about growing confidence, independence, and curiosity at every stage of life.

Okay, but can we talk about how cute these are? 🤏🎨

Our artists have been thinking SMALL lately, creating tiny sculptures at our Everest Art and Learning Center!

Every sculpture started with the same invitation to create, but every finished piece became something completely its own. That freedom to explore, choose, experiment, and express yourself is a big part of why creative activities matter.

Small art. Serious creativity. 💙

A group from northern Utah traveled to Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, this week for an unforgettable getaway filled with music, friendship, and plenty of Elvis.

Experiencing Graceland together made the trip especially meaningful. From exploring the legendary home to sharing laughs along the way, the group returned with great stories and memories they will treasure for years to come.

World Folkfest dancers from Belgium came out to Sharon Park last Thursday and we could not be more grateful and happy with how it turned out!

Spektaklegroep Vredon from world_folkfest shared with us their unique blend of Flemish dance, percussion and flag artistry. The group had represented Belgium to more than 30 countries throughout Europe and the Americas. We loved getting to practice artistic flag movement with them at Sharon Park! It is a treat every year to be able to have our own disability-friendly performance each year. Thank you Vredon for sharing your love of dance with us!

We had great fun visiting Container Village in Springville Utah. The Legends Container Village has a record store, a brewery, a comedy club and a museum with 200 vintage motorcycles. Go check it out!
