As an entrepreneur, I have founded many multi-million-dollar businesses . I have authored five books including Financially Fit for Life; The Miracle of Wealth; The Idea Economy; The Mountain, The Man, and The Compass; and The
Wealth Compass. I have been a frequent keynote speaker in most major U.S. cities. Have been heard and viewed by millions as a guest on hundreds of talk radio and television stations, internationally. I founded the philosophy of cause capitalism. Cause Capitalism is the new capitalism—a kinder, gentler, more compassionate form of capitalism; a new capitalism, that even my children and grandchildren can embrace. I trademarked the words, Cause Capitalism, so that I could control the definition: Cause Capitalism is when a for-profit business chooses as its partner a non-profit organization; not as a gimmick but as a true sustainable partner where a percentage of gross sales (not net sales) are given to a non-profit partner. My vision and hope is that cause capitalism will inspire and bless all families of the earth. I founded Cause Nations; located in proximity to the United Nations in Nairobi, Kenya. Cause Nations was founded to educate individuals, families, communities, and nations on how to integrate cause capitalism into their countries and cultures. Cause Nations inspires men and women leaders to become Community, National, and World Cause Leaders and provides recognition and awards for those who exemplify cause capitalism. My vision concerning an existing deficit in financial literacy globally inspired me to found the wealth education company known as Financially Fit where I am the President and CEO. Financially Fit is the global leader in personal wealth education—inspiring hope, vision, and direction for individuals, families, businesses, and nations—illuminating the planet through principle centered wealth. I am also the founder of World Cause Vision and World Cause Coin. World Cause Vision and World Cause Coin is changing the way the world exchanges money as a global leader in digital currency. I started The Goat Foundation. The Goat Foundation is a humanitarian organisation that aims to gives hope to by donating goats to widows in marginalized communities across Africa. My core philosophy goes like: We are all members of the same human family—brothers and sisters of equal worth and we should treat each other accordingly. I have been married for over 40 years to Colleen. Together, we enjoy seven children and 12 grandchildren; and this has been our greatest success and accomplishment.
