Celebrate the Black stories during Black History Month.

W.E.B. Du Bois, or William Edward Burghardt Du Bois, was an African American writer, teacher, sociologist and activist whose work transformed the way that the lives of Black citizens were seen in American society. Considered ahead of his time, Du Bois was an early champion of using data to solve social issues for the Black community, and his writing—including his groundbreaking The Souls of Black Folk—became required reading in African American studies.

Ever wonder why you feel that things “are different?” Ever wake up one morning and notice that something “has changed” but you are unsure what or why or how?

Inner growth has a way of coming out without us noticing.

As this difficult year winds down, celebrate how you have changed inside and what you have changed around you because of those inner changes. Be purposeful about how you will reset for 2021, integrating the lessons you have learned through the change that you have experienced in 2020.

Stories about our change and progress helps other change and grow. Share your stories of change and progress!
