“Our Media Team Lead is looking for a small, hand-selected group of artists with vision, confidence, and creativity.

Welcoming photographers, content creators, and cinematographers - please submit your portfolio to [email protected] by midnight on Monday, July 27.

If chosen, you will be published across artist and festival platforms reaching well over 100,000 people (per platform), consideration for a media pass to Waves in the Wasatch benefit festival, portfolio building and industry connections in addition to eligibility for a donation receipt for value of time spent shooting/editing.

This promotional shoot will take place on July 31st @ 6:30 pm and is expected to last approximately two hours. There are 3 solo artists and 2 bands confirmed at this time.”

Posting for Wasatch Forward as we get things up and running over there!

CALL FOR ARTISTS & CREATIVES

We are officially launching an Art Call for printable posters to support the Wasatch Forward benefit. A certain billionaire claims we don’t exist...so let’s show them exactly how creative, real, and powerful this community is.

We are seeking designs focused on protecting Utah’s wild landscapes, clean air, and precious water resources from mega data centers. Selected artwork will serve as the background for a concert-style poster, overlaid with the event’s artist lineup. Favored content theme to include Sasquatch, crowdsurfing Sasquatch, water, mountains, or the like.

If you missed it, a little invitation for Utah creatives to join in our peaceful art protest against the data center in Box Elder County has performed through the roof and beyond our expectations.

We have over 100 local artists and creatives ready to go, with international reach and a few major names in play as well.

Nothing brings the people together like being told we’re all bussed in from out of state and communists. So thanks, Kevin.

You guys are amazing. Models, artists, writers, fashion designers, photographers, videographers, non-profits, etc have all reached out!

We’re working hard to get more info together and discover the best path forward with so much community involvement.

To say we are excited about this project is an understatement!

We’ve been so focused on our events we haven’t taken the time to share our “WHY?”

Here’s a quick and fun breakdown of our path:

1) we’re here: building community and getting out there together
2) through connection and collaboration, we will continue to grow together
3) one of our dreams is a community hub where you can plug in, unplug, find support, learn a new skill and bring your dreams to reality
4) our ultimate dream? to build something that opens doors to pour back into our community, abundantly. a scholarship for creative minds with a heart for community, among other plans ✨
