Life is hard and even in spite of all of the tools and support we may have, it can still be a battle to even function or get through some days. Know that its okay to feel overwhelmed. Ask for some help, from above, from around, from your energies and yourself. We are here for you and understand what you are going through.

I myself have struggled lately having energy for anything but just getting through and so grateful for the people who surround me and understand that energy can be hard to come by.

I have an amazing lady in my life 1hundred100s4dexter who has been through some incredibly hard things and lost her son to su***de. Dexter is an amazing guy and I miss his energy and light.

She runs 100 mile ultras up to a few times a month supporting su***de prevention and carrying the name and pictures of lost veterans like her son. She blogs about it here if you would like to read up or donate:

She is running her 34th this weekend on her way to 100. I was able to finally get past some mental health issues and run today in memory of Dexter and to support Rosie's journey.

The Overnight Experience is this next weekend (June 26th). I'd love you to come walk a mile or up to 16 with me for those who no longer can- to raise awareness and show support, I'd love your presence.

Also, please feel free to donate (click Roster from the link) if you can spare even a dollar. It goes directly to funding AFSP who raises awareness, creates passalongs, supports legislation and events to help support those who struggle or have been affected by su***de and to prevent su***de by raising awareness.

HEY ALL!

I'll be hitting the road this weekend to attempt to run my first marathon from Bubbas place at the Orem Cemetary to home. Crazy its about 27 miles even.
