Nourish to Flourish Initiative With almost 40 million jobs lost in the U.S. in just two months, housing is at risk and food insecurity has skyrocketed.

The Nourish to Flourish Initiative addresses the critical issue of food insecurity in Salt Lake City while simultaneously providing a badly needed boost to the local restaurant industry. But, like in most crisis situations, there are often silver linings. hen began a conversation about how to address food insecurity while simultaneously supporting the restaurant industry. That conversation quickly evolved into an action plan for The Nourish to Flourish Initiative, which consists of three pillars: restaurants preparing food, organizations serving under-resourced groups, and community members providing funding.
