It’s been 12 years.

Sometimes you get second chances.
Ones you didn’t deserve,
After burning all your bridges and destroying more relationships than you could build.
Sometimes you hide that from everyone outside,
And dwindle in thought
Amongst peeled linoleum tile and throw up tiered bathtubs.
Sometimes you find something that doesn’t love you back,
But offers you a chance to prove your own worth, however little you feel that may be.
And sometimes it takes everything from you,
Your health
Your longevity
Your money
Your future
And wonder was there really a difference between the two.

Thank you to my wife, my team, my gym, my sport for giving me a reason to change and choose to be here.

The recent expansion has not only allowed us to get more space and equipment, but it also enables us to comfortably host more formal and official events such as powerlifting meets! Sign up links in bio!
•The Unleash’d Classic is our casual but super fun mock meet that we use to celebrate USG’s anniversary!
•The Battle at Bull Run will be our first ever meet and will be hosted by Sabre from . This one sold out FAST and we’re excited to bring back sanctioned meets after quite a hiatus!
•The Virginia Semi-Pro is finally getting sanctioned! This meet is always a crowd favorite and with running things for it’ll no doubt be a blast!
