THANK YOU, Yamhill County Association Of Realtors - YCAR and the OAR HOME Foundation, for consistently providing funds to support MacHabitat's homeownership program. Last week YCAR President Chase Willcuts and Vice President Tina Smith presented with funds toward our next townhouse build in the Aspire Community Development. Two families are looking forward to homeownership, thanks to donors like YCAR and the HOME Foundation!

Oregon REALTORS® CEO Jenny Pakula, along with Sybil Fontaine and Sammie Wagner, had the opportunity this morning to speak with Ally Osborne, host of Everyday Northwest, about our upcoming fundraiser, the Taste, and the HOME Foundation.
The HOME Foundation is dedicated to creating and expanding homeownership opportunities for Oregonians, because we know that taking the first step toward buying a home can often feel out of reach.
Your support makes a difference, and we can’t wait to see you at the Taste! 🍴🥂

Despite their best efforts, far too many people in today’s workforce simply can’t afford the American Dream of homeownership. We understand that homes stabilize families, and we want to help make that achievable for more Oregonians.
Since 2004, the HOME Foundation has been collaborating with organizations intent on helping Oregonians achieve homeownership. We have supported efforts to provide financial resources to create, expand and encourage homeownership opportunities. To date, we have distributed over $1,700,000 in grants statewide!
Grant Recipients
The Oregon REALTORS® HOME Foundation has contributed to over 50 different charities throughout Oregon, keeping the funds in your local communities. Here are just a few of the past grant recipients:

How You Can Help
Your contributions provide essential funds to organizations dedicated to affordable housing in Oregon. HOME Foundation funds have been utilized to:
Educate consumers about affordable housing issues
Provide the tools needed to make homeownership more attainable
Address both immediate and long-term needs through strong public/private partnership
Give more Oregonians the opportunity to make a lasting investment in local communities
Fundraising occurs year round with annual events such as the Driving It HOME Golf Tournament and the Taste of Oregon. Events held in local communities raise money that stays right in the local community.
