Please consider giving your online testimony to the Senate Education Committee on SB 1098 . While it's too late to give testimony you can still email the committee members and give them your thoughts on this bill. A work session is scheduled for 03/10/2025 8:00 AM, hearing room B. Testimony will open back up prior to this hearing.

The Committee on Education leaked the hearing date of this bill to only organized Democrat lobbies, which is a breakdown of the democratic process. If we hadn't been notified by a person who is diligently monitoring the Legislature, anyone who is opposed to this bill would not have been able to provide input.

By not notifying all parties in a timely manner is unjust and unethical. We demand this bill be killed for its immoral consequences and break down of due process.

Our view is that the real purpose of SB 1098 is to sneak in the legalization of p**n in school literature that is currently illegal. It is child abuse and degrades the mindsof our children. It also leaves the door open for open sexual grooming in schools by teachers, administrators, etc.

The legislators sponsoring this bill are playing political su***de with our kids as their pawns, and are hoping that YOU won't challenge this bill.
