StPete.LocallyGrown.Net St. Pete Locally Grown no longer sells locally grown vegetables. Its new purpose is to keep the local agricultural community connected. Let's stay connected!

The online Market closed on 3/11/16. We don't want to lose all the fabulous fans who have been following the local sustainability movement on our FB page. Our new purpose is to share info on local agricultural events and resources that encourage continued growth of the sustainability movement in St. Petersburg and surrounding areas.

📢 Friends, this is one of our most significant posts - PLEASE READ! 🙏 *THE* most important Localtopia *EVER* is just 4 weeks away (2.22.25)! 📅 What our local businesses have been through this past year is truly heartbreaking. 💔 It’s been tough enough trying to survive post-pandemic, in an ever-changing St. Pete, with higher costs. Then came one of the slowest summers ever sales-wise, followed by the hurricanes, and then a weak holiday season that they were counting on to make up for the previous months. Now, they’re contending with the weather keeping folks home, and/or forcing cancellation of events. On top of that, many are also dealing with the hurricanes’ impact on their homes – some are displaced, some lost inventory and equipment. It's all been sooo much! 😢

🆘 We’ve heard from so many of our vendors how much they’re counting on LOCALTOPIA. We've also heard from our brick-and-mortar businesses - many may not make it through this year! 🥺👉✨ They really need for our community to show up for them, and not just on LOCALTOPIA Day, and not just for the festival's vendors. If you want your favorite local businesses to survive, you need to support them – RIGHT NOW❣️✨👈

💞 If ever there was a time that our community really needed to show its Local Love, it's now - it’s this year! Let's all do everything we can to help local *thrive*🌱, not just survive, in 2025! 💞 We know that it’s not just our local businesses that have endured so much this past year. LOCALTOPIA Day is a time to come together, and not just wrap our arms around our local businesses, but wrap our arms around each other. 🫂 Despite what we’ve all been through, St. Pete is still a very special place to live, and LOCALTOPIA Day is a very special day. 🤗 Let it be one filled with joy, laughter, and hope (and obviously, lots of ). 🥰 *We hope* it’ll be our greatest "Community Celebration of All Things Local" EVER! See you there! Localtopia 2025: "A Community Celebration of All Things Local" (📸: The Global Love Project - and yes, they'll be back with us on LOCALTOPIA Day! 🙌❤️‍🔥)
