Dear SCCYSA Families and Members,

As we prepare for the Fall 2026 Outdoor Recreational League, SCCYSA is sharing important updates on leadership, registration, open positions, and the season ahead.

SCCYSA is proud to announce the following Board of Directors and leadership structure:

SCCYSA is currently seeking an Operations Director and Coach Commissioner. Interested candidates who want to help shape the future of recreational soccer in St. Charles County are encouraged to reach out to the board.

Upcoming Board Meetings:
July 9, 2026, 6:30 p.m. — In person, O’Fallon Justice Center Lecture Room
August 5, 2026, 6:30 p.m. — Virtual

Beginning Fall 2026, registration will be $149 per player, plus a $25 uniform kit. Sibling, Volunteer, and Dual Roster discounts remain the same. This increase supports the new registration platform and website, approved staff and referee pay increases, field maintenance and rentals, technology improvements, administrative support, and continued improvements for players, families, coaches, referees, and volunteers.

Fall 2026 League Details:
Ages/Divisions: U4–U19
Registration Opens: July 1, 2026
Team Placement Guarantee Deadline: July 24, 2026
Registration Deadline: July 31, 2026
Opening Weekend: August 29–30, 2026

This fall, SCCYSA will move to a 10-game season format. There will not be a fall Weekend of Champions; final standings will determine the season outcome. SCCYSA will host a seasonal year Weekend of Champions in Spring 2027 for both fall and spring players.

SCCYSA will also share more soon about our 50th anniversary rebrand contest and celebration activities. Please watch your email and SCCYSA social media channels for additional updates. Thank you for being part of SCCYSA. We appreciate your support and look forward to an exciting fall season.

⚽ Fall soccer is coming soon!

SCCYSA Fall Registration will officially open on July 1. We’re excited to share that registration will take place through our new and improved website and GotSport registration process.

More details will be shared in the coming weeks, including season dates, registration instructions, coach information, and helpful resources for families.

Coach Commissioner & Field Commissioner

SCCYSA is looking for dedicated volunteers to help shape the future of recreational soccer in St. Charles County.

We are currently seeking a Coach Commissioner to support coach recruitment, development, certification tracking, communications, meetings, and serve as an advocate for our coaches.

We are also seeking a Field Commissioner to support field operations, field conditions, equipment inventory, parks department coordination, concessions oversight, and rainout line maintenance.

These volunteer Board of Directors roles are an important part of keeping SCCYSA organized, supported, and moving forward for our players, families, coaches, and community.

It's almost here - Weekend of Champions!

Your SCCYSA Board and office personnel are preparing for another fun packed Weekend of Champions (WOC). We are monitoring the weather closely. Please see the below information regarding the WOC Weather Policy. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend upon field, referee and staffing resources, calendar conflicts, and overall operational feasibility. Games will not be rescheduled to Memorial Day weekend. The board will determine the appropriate course of action if the weather does not cooperate and will communicate these changes as soon as possible.

WOC WEATHER POLICY:
If part of Saturday is rained out, games will be moved to Sunday with a modified schedule although fields/times/game lengths may vary based on playability. Consolation games will then be eliminated and Penalty-Kick (PK) Shootouts will occur to determine winners in place of Championship Games. If all games rain out on Saturday, then placement may be determined solely by PK Shootouts. If all games rainout for the entire weekend, games may be moved to a different weekend if possible but may be canceled and Regular Season standings will be used to determine awards.
