Time to kick off Pride season, Minnesota!

We're so excited to be with community this Saturday, May 16 at Rochester MN Pride 😍 Coming to the festival? Stop by to say hello and learn more about how we're building a more inclusive Minnesota rooted in justice and joy!

Email [email protected] ASAP and let us know your ZIP code, any specific Pride you're interested in, and/or weekends you could be available.

Together, we're building safety, dignity, and freedom for LGBTQIA2S+ Minnesotans wherever we call home. And yup: TOGETHER is key to getting there!

We'd love to have your leadership as a volunteer, talking with others in your community about Prism Organizing, the importance of school boards in protecting q***r kids, and how we're building toward a more inclusive Minnesota.

We're testing out our new tents today because Pride season is just around the corner! Prism Organizing is going to have a strong presence at these community celebrations across Minnesota - would you consider volunteering with us?

Email [email protected] to let us know where you live so we can get you ready for your closest Pride. Willing to travel? Let us know that, too, and include potential weekend dates from May through September you could be available.

And after extensive research and stress-testing, we are happy to report that all the tents are fully functional - they just need a little extra pizzazz, dazzling rainbow sparkle, and YOU to be ready to go ✨

Change is made in and by community.

We are so grateful to have been able to gather with our community that believes in safety, dignity, and freedom for ALL Minnesotans last night at an incredible fundraising concert with the talented Bobby Jo Valentine 😍

It's amazing how great music inspires and draws us together. And lingering long after the final notes have been played to get to know one another and what draws us into Prism's community-changing work was just icing on the cake 💝

Thanks to everyone who participated in our West Metro listening session last night. Together we discussed the challenges for trans and q***r people living in our area, as well as ideas of how to make our communities more supportive and welcoming. We are grateful to Edina Community Lutheran Church for hosting and providing delicious food from Baba's for our gathering. This is how community organizing happens!
