A healthy, transforming food system requires spaces where we can show up fully, navigate real challenges together, and build true power.

MFJN is proud to cultivate authentic spaces of mutual care, vulnerability, and growth for Twin Cities leaders. Your investment directly protects that space. Join our sustaining donor circle for just $5 or $10 a month to anchor this work. https://bit.ly/4p1DIOB

When you invest in a network like the Metro Food Justice Network, what does that actually look like on the ground?

It looks like breaking down systemic silos. It looks like resource-sharing, cultural healing, and modeling leadership that honors whole communities. Our network connects the urban farmers, hunger relief advocates, and youth leaders doing the heavy lifting in the Twin Cities.
MFJN is the invisible thread connecting all of these beautiful, impactful efforts. But to keep our Network Weavers cultivating this work through our funding bridge and beyond, we need community backing.

Every dollar keeps this ecosystem rooted. Set up a monthly commitment or a one-time gift today! https://bit.ly/4p1DIOB

Food justice work is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be heavy. MFJN is the infrastructure that buoys our local leaders, making them feel stronger, safer, and more supported. ❤️

When you invest in MFJN, you invest in the resilience of the entire Twin Cities food system. Help us bridge the gap this fall by giving at https://bit.ly/4p1DIOB!

We are officially in August, which marks the beginning of our critical three-month funding bridge. Over the next few months ⏳

Right now, we are facing a temporary gap in resources that threatens to disrupt our network's vital work. Our immediate goal is to secure the funding needed to keep our operations running completely uninterrupted through the busy fall harvest and upcoming legislative prep cycles.

What is the Metro Food Justice Network? 🌍🌱

We aren't just a collection of organizations. MFJN is a living ecosystem of mutual care, policy advocacy, and cultural healing. By shifting power away from siloed funding streams and anchoring our infrastructure in collective community investment, we ensure MFJN remains a lasting resource for all.

Right now, we are working to sustain this vital momentum. Our immediate need is to secure funding for a gap spanning August through October. This ensures our Network Weavers can continue to:

🌱 Support cross-sector action teams
✨ Foster restorative community events like the Fall Plenum
🌾 Keep our work moving forward uninterrupted through the crucial fall harvest season and legislative prep cycles.

True food justice requires shifting systemic power—and that starts with how we fund the work. Your investment today helps bridge that gap. Whether it’s a one-time gift or a recurring $5/month commitment, you are investing in a resilient food system for our community.
