SPARTAN ❤️🤍💙

Wounded. Neglected. Abused. Nearly shot.

The last time a halter was put on Spartan, he had to be tranquilized by a veterinarian.

Today, he CHOSE to let us put one on.

He stood for fly spray.
He let us brush him.
He chose TRUST.

For an unhandled stallion who had every reason to fear humans, this is HUGE.

Trust isn’t given. It’s earned.

Spartan finally knows he is safe.
Now his herd deserves the same. ❤️

Calais — our big, goofy boy who never met a puddle he didn’t want to play in. ❤️🐴

But behind that playful spirit is something deeper. Horses have a mysterious way of communicating — quietly, intuitively, almost soul to soul. If you slow down enough to listen, they will tell you more than words ever could.

I will never understand how anyone can harm these magnificent, sensitive creatures. And today, as America’s wild horses are chased by helicopters, torn from their families and removed from lands where they were supposed to be protected, we cannot look away.

These horses deserve protection, not terror. They deserve freedom, not a pipeline that can end in slaughter.

President Trump, this is happening under your administration. Their suffering matters. Their lives matter. And those with the power to stop it must be held accountable.

Protect our wild horses. They have no voice in Washington — so we must be their voice. 🐴🇺🇸

🚨 WHEN YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING.

I saw the video of a horse being repeatedly whipped and couldn’t just scroll past it. I called, spoke directly with a deputy, and the matter was turned over to a detective. An arrest followed.

This is why we speak up. This is why we make the call. Animals cannot call the police. We have to be their voice.

Never assume someone else will handle it. Get involved. Report abuse. Speak up. You CAN make a difference. 🐴❤️

🚨 AMERICA’S WILD HORSES NEED US 🚨

• Helicopters thunder overhead, terrifying wild horses and driving entire herds from the land they have called home for generations.
• Families can be separated and horses removed to government holding facilities.
• With removals accelerating, we must make sure NO federally protected wild horse can ever disappear into the slaughter pipeline.
• We demand humane on-range management, limits and accountability for helicopter gathers, lifetime traceability after removal, and ZERO pathway to slaughter.
• These horses belong to the American people—and Congress must protect them.

🐴 KEEP WILD HORSES WILD. END THE PATH TO SLAUGHTER.

Prince—formerly Whiskey Vision—is a true war horse who raced until he was six. 🐎❤️ When he came to our farm, his sweet, well-mannered personality earned him the name Prince. After some much-deserved time off, he’s back in work with Jazz and doing beautifully. Today was dental day—a reminder that loving horses also means staying on top of the maintenance, care, and responsibility they deserve. ❤️
