We’ll also be collecting donations for the Smithtown Key Club School Supply Drive and celebrating the chartering of the new Smithtown Key Club!

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the courage, dedication, and selflessness of those who gave their lives to protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

The Kiwanis Club of Smithtown-Saint James extends our deepest gratitude to our fallen heroes and their families. May we never forget their service and sacrifice.

👗🤵‍♂️ SHARE THE NIGHT, MAKE A DIFFERENCE 💙

The future Smithtown Key Club is proud to organize a Prom Dress & Tie Donation Drive to help make prom special for every student in our community!

We are collecting:

✨ Formal Accessories

Donations can be dropped off:

📅 Between May 13th–23rd

This effort is proudly supported by the Kiwanis Club of Smithtown–Saint James as we work together to build leadership, service, and community involvement for local students.

🎓 We are also looking for Smithtown High School students interested in becoming CHARTER MEMBERS of the future Smithtown Key Club! This is a great opportunity to help shape a new student-led service organization focused on making a real difference in our community.

🐾 Nesaquake Middle School Builders Club Gives Back! 🐾

Members of the Nesaquake Middle School Builders Club, along with two 5th grade members of the Smithtown K-Kids Club, recently visited the Smithtown Animal Shelter to learn about the incredible work they do for animals in need. Students toured the facility and learned about the process animals go through when they first arrive at the shelter and how they are cared for while waiting for their forever homes. ❤️

The students also made homemade peanut butter dog treats for the shelter dogs to enjoy! 🦴🐶

One special dog they met was Marty, who is currently waiting to be adopted. The students loved spending time with him and seeing firsthand the importance of kindness, compassion, and community service.

Thank you to the shelter staff for welcoming our students and for all they do to care for animals in our community! 🐾
