We recently attended the inaugural Napa Valley Housing Solutions Summit, hosted by Generation Housing. While no single approach will solve the housing crisis, the event highlighted the importance of bringing diverse voices to the table to address one of Napa Valley's most pressing issues. Thoughtful discussions, innovative ideas, and a shared commitment to expanding housing opportunities made for a productive and insightful gathering.

In our region, median home prices approach the mid-$900K range, and many households still struggle to find housing within reach of their income.
