Mark your calendars! We’re excited to kick off the year with our first Dine & Donate event, generously hosted by Clif Family.

👋 Hi St. Helena Primary School and Elementary School Parents - welcome back to a new school year 🎉

😄 We would like to invite you to be part of our Parent Teacher Group! The PTG meets once a month on the 3rd Tuesday. We distribute money to each school based on how much we made from the previous GiveBig! fundraiser. It is also a great way to find out what is happening at each school, hear from our principals, and be more involved.

🧀🍷 We will have our first meeting at Crane Park on Tuesday 8/26 at 5:30pm. Please feel free to bring some food or drink to share. This will be a great opportunity to meet new parents and find out more about our organization.

✔️ 🙋We also need to vote for a new board! Please vote for our new officers here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YZNVKDP. We still need a Vice President and Secretary. We have two openings in every position in order to lighten the load.

😄 ¡Nos gustaría invitarles a formar parte de nuestro Grupo de Padres y Profesores! El PTG se reúne una vez al mes el 3er martes. Distribuimos dinero a cada escuela basado en cuánto hicimos de la recaudación de fondos GiveBig! anterior. También es una gran manera de averiguar lo que está sucediendo en cada escuela, escuchar a nuestros directores, y estar más involucrados.

📆 REMINDER - Our last SHEPS PTG meeting of the year will be tomorrow, Tuesday, 5/20 @ 5:15pm at Gott's Roadside! This is a great meeting to come to if you haven’t had a chance to join a meeting this year or are interested in getting more involved next year. Bring your kids, order some food, and come meet with other SHPS & SHES parents before the school year ends!

Calling All Primary & Elementary School Parents – We Need Your Help!

We’re looking for just 8 volunteers to help collect donations for Give BIG! by covering a two-hour shift in front of Sunshine Market on March 22nd or March 29th.

This is a key part of our annual fundraising efforts, and we’d love for you to be part of it! Feel free to bring your kids along—they can help raise funds for the programs they benefit from at school.
