Our library branches offer so much more than books, with teen programs happening throughout the parish. This September, teens can get involved with everything from ACT/SAT prep and STEAM activities to art, volunteering, anime, and fun challenges.

In recognition of National Su***de Prevention Day, the Iberville Parish Behavioral Health Department is hosting a Su***de Education and Response session on September 10 from 4:30–6:00 PM.

Led by Sherrard Crespo, LCSW, this important session is designed to help participants gain the knowledge and confidence to respond to thoughts of su***de with compassion. Sometimes knowing what to say, what to look for, and how to respond can make all the difference. We encourage our community to join us, learn, and help us build a stronger network of support right here in Iberville Parish.
