Last night at 10:03pm, we were dispatched for a fully engulfed commercial shop and the residence near in danger. Upon arrival, we were able to get a quick knock down to cool things down and eliminate the risk on the residence. We responded with 13 personnel and 4 apparatus’s. We were assisted by Meta Fire & Rescue with tankers and personnel and Miller County Ambulance District. Thank you for the assistance in this hot weather.

Today, the St. Elizabeth Fire Protection District had the opportunity to participate in a mock crash at St. Elizabeth R-IV School District, giving students a powerful, real-life look at the consequences of impaired and distracted driving.

A big thank you to Miller County Ambulance District, Miller County Sheriffs Department and Fancher-Rekus Funeral Homes for their partnership and support in making this demonstration possible.
