Thank you to everyone who joined us for Beat the Heat Family Bingo Night! We loved seeing neighbors and families come together for an evening of Bingo, prizes, books and community fun. 🎉

As part of our Beat the Heat: Family Bingo Night, we'd love to invite each candidate for the Harmony CDD Board of Supervisors to serve as a Family Bingo Caller!

We're inviting:

• Marcela Garcia Bartlett

Each caller will help create a fun evening for our community, and receive a complimentary event T-shirt, generously sponsored by SAR 61-23llc.

One month your favorite vendor is near the stage.
The next month they're across the square.
So...what happened?
Nothing bad. 😄

Every event has different space needs depending on activities, entertainment, food vendors, inflatables, performances, and attendance.
Instead of using the exact same map every month, we redesign the layout to create a smoother experience for residents and vendors alike.
As our events continue to grow, you'll likely continue seeing layouts evolve too—and that's actually a good sign!

Every event brings new vendor applications, so one of the questions we receive most is:

"How do you decide who gets a spot?"

The short answer: there isn't a single rule.

We look at reliability, resident participation, vendor variety, available space, and what makes the most sense for that specific event.

That means you might see familiar faces, new businesses, or a different mix depending on the event.

Our goal is simple: create the best experience possible for the community while giving local businesses opportunities to participate as the market continues to grow.

We'll keep answering your most common questions in this series. If you've ever wondered how something works behind the scenes, chances are someone else has too!
