🎃🏡 October House of the Month nominations are OPEN!

October is getting a seasonal twist! Along with the care and curb appeal we look for each month, we’ll also be celebrating the Halloween and fall spirit showing up around Harmony. 🍂

Know a home that stands out? Nominate it by commenting below with the address. Self-nominations are welcome!

📅 Nominations: October 10–23

This month, we’ll be considering:
🍂 Overall maintenance and care
🏡 Curb appeal and presentation
🎃 Halloween and/or fall decorations

Estates, single-family homes, and townhomes are all welcome to participate and are considered based on the characteristics of their property type.

The October House of the Month will be recognized October 29–31 with a yard sign, gift card, and community recognition.

Homes must meet applicable HROA guidelines and have no pending compliance issues to be eligible. Eligibility is verified privately before selection.

Interested in participating? Here’s what to know before submitting the form:

🎁 Contributions should give new homeowners something useful — such as a product sample, gift or voucher, new-resident offer, or helpful resource. Promotional information may accompany your contribution, but standalone flyers or business cards are not accepted.

🍽️ Food businesses: This program is best suited for businesses offering catering, delivery, daily meal services, or similar ongoing services. Other food vendors may be better suited for opportunities such as Harmony’s Community Market or community events.

After you apply, HSC will review your proposed contribution. Selected participants will receive an email October 11–12 with confirmation and drop-off information, so there’s no need to follow up separately.

Already participating? No need to apply again! We’ll contact you when your items are running low.
👉 Review the guidelines and apply: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/4bJMMLtAuT

Please do not contact individual committee members through their personal phone numbers or social media accounts regarding the program.

Submitting the form does not guarantee inclusion. Participation is voluntary and subject to HSC review. Participation does not constitute endorsement by HSC, HROA, CDD, or community management.
