Last week, the Central Minnesota Trades & Labor Assembly convened in St. Cloud to screen and endorse candidates for non-partisan elections throughout the area. A few Union Siblings are running for local office, and a few labor allies as well.

All filed candidates were asked to participate, and they were free to decline our invitation. These candidates accepted our screening, and at the monthly CMTLA meeting, all were unanimously approved.

We hope that if you live in one of these places, you'll take a look at a candidate who has pledged to support working people while in their elected position.
