Heavenly Father,
On this day that marks what would have been Baya’s 30th birthday, we lift before You her mother, sister, brother, and precious daughters. This day carries both love and sorrow, memory and longing, and we ask that You would draw near to each of them in the way only You can.
Lord, You know the depth of their grief, the questions they may carry, and the ache that words cannot touch. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Hold them steady when emotions rise and when the weight of absence feels heavy.
We thank You for Your mercy and for the promise of salvation found in Jesus Christ. We entrust Baya fully into Your hands, confident that You are a just and gracious God, rich in compassion and faithful to Your promises.
Be especially close to her daughters, Lord. Shelter them under Your wings. Let them feel safety, love, and hope even in the midst of loss. Place faithful people around them who will speak truth, kindness, and encouragement into their lives.
On this day, remind this family that they are not alone. You are present in their mourning, faithful in their remembering, and near to the brokenhearted. Sustain them today and in the days ahead, until the day when all tears are wiped away.
We ask this in the name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer.
