Mission Statement:

Southern Maryland Parrot Rescue and Sanctuary is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing lifelong sanctuary or carefully matched adoptive homes for all unwanted companion parrots. We are committed to promoting the physical and emotional well-being of parrots through compassionate care, responsible adoptions, and comprehensive education on proper nutrition, health, and enrichment. Through advocacy and community outreach, we strive to improve the lives of parrots and the people who love them, ensuring every parrot is valued, understood, and given the opportunity to thrive.
