Our prayers are with Debbie McDonald from Texas ANFP. She lost her husband this week. Debbie has been such a part of the growth of the Louisiana chapter. She visited from the Texas chapter, where she resides and quickly became like family! We love you and are praying for you! ❤️🙏🏼

Leadership requires two essential qualities: empathy and understanding.
As a leader, you should:
* Recognize that people have lives outside of work.
* Respect their personal time.
This means:
* Understanding that people are individuals first.
* Acknowledging their personal commitments.
* Valuing their non-work experiences and skills.
However, simply recognizing these aspects isn’t enough. You need to demonstrate that you genuinely care.
Respecting personal time involves:
* Not expecting 24/7 availability.
* Encouraging time off and vacations.
* Avoiding after-hours communications.
* Creating a culture that values work-life integration.
When your team feels that you truly care about both their life and work, they will be motivated to achieve their goals. The more you honor their lives outside of work, the more engaged and loyal your team will be.
