Hey everyone ❤️

We wanted to share a little update with our rescue family. After a lot of thought and consideration, we’ve decided to take a short pause from our weekly outreach visits.

We have quite a bit going on personally right now, and as much as we love what we do, we’ve been struggling to balance everything while still giving our own families, jobs, and responsibilities the time they deserve. We’ve always promised to be honest with you, and sometimes taking a step back is necessary so we can continue moving forward the right way. 🐾

But don’t worry — this is only a short pause! ❤️

For the time being, we’ll be switching to monthly outreach visits until the colder months arrive. Once nighttime temperatures start dropping again, we’ll return to our weekly visits because that’s when these outside and chained dogs need us the most.

Our mission hasn’t changed. Our hearts haven’t changed. And we certainly aren’t going anywhere. 🐶❤️

We are so incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported Bay Area Rescue & K9 Outreach, whether you’ve donated, volunteered, shared a post, provided supplies, or simply cheered us on. You are a huge part of why we’re able to keep doing this.

And in the meantime, if you know of a dog who needs something, please reach out to us. We may be taking a small step back from weekly visits, but we will always do our best to help where we can.

Thank you for understanding, for supporting us, and for continuing to care about the dogs who so desperately need someone in their corner. 🐾❤️

This is just a pause — not goodbye.
We’ll be back out there every week before you know it. ❤️

Got dog food?🐶🥛

We are going to be assisting quite a few families with dog food and are going to be make a run to the store today to pick up a ton of bags!

Outreach Sunday!
We made sure all dogs got flea and tick meds, fly-off ointment on their ears and head and got a big bowl of food/treats❤️
This time of the year, the flies are horrible and are horrible for these poor dogs ears.
We will also be saving up for another kennel for one of our stops!

🚨URGENT🚨

Rescue/Foster needed
These two great pups owner just got put on hospice recently and can’t give them the love and care they need. Their names are Phil and beebee and both are very calm and good with other dogs! I’m waiting to hear back on exactly how old they are but we know they are both on the older side. The owner is hoping a rescue or foster will step in and care for these pup so they won’t have to go to the shelter.
If anyone can help please reach out to us on messenger and we can figure out how we can help these two and their owner!

We ordered more fly spray, ointment and fly traps to help keep the dogs safe from flys attacking their ears😢

We have an owner surrender, and we need to find placement for miles!
If a rescue is able to pull that would be amazing, or if a dedicated foster is willing to help please send us a message!!
