What an incredible season of giving ❤️

Because of the Light the World Giving Machines here in the Gila Valley, nearly $64,000 was donated to three amazing local nonprofits—changing lives right here at home.

✨ Our Neighbor’s Farm & Pantry – helping provide fresh food, milk, eggs, and hygiene kits for families and kids in need
✨ St. Vincent de Paul – assisting with rent, utilities, gas, clothing, and essential household items
✨ SEACUS – delivering meals and care for seniors, including hundreds of weeks of meals and vital support services

In total, over $139,000 was donated during the three weeks the machines were in front of Safford City Hall—impacting an estimated 9,000 people in our community.

This is what happens when people come together to serve like the Savior.

And the best part?

We get to do it again.
The Giving Machines are coming back in 2026 🙌

So proud of this community. So grateful to be a part of it.

Awesome story from A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that came out to our hot chocolate stand! Thank you for giving us a huge opportunity to teach our kids to think of others’ needs. ♥️ We went to the Giving Machine with our kids (and an extra niece and nephew) tonight. Because of our awesome community of friends and family, we were able to raise enough money to purchase the following things (which the kids chose):

1 piglet (to help a family develop financial stability with a pig to raise and sell)
1 Drivers License Fee
2 Breakfast Essentials
Senior Care (1 hour of housekeeping or personal care)
1 Night of Safety (a night of rest and shelter for a homeless or transient neighbor)
1 Week of Food
1 Book for a child in foster care
Shoes & Socks for a student in need
2 Crisis Support (one day of food and toiletries for a woman fleeing a violent situation)
2 Meals for Seniors
Clothing for 1 Foster Child

Merry Christmas! The Light The World Gila Valley Giving Machines have been our mission for the past year. (Three year calling) We have some special people helping us. We love the non profits we help and work with. Light The World is about experiencing and sharing Jesus Christ’s love as we celebrate His birth. There are many ways you can add His light to your Christmas traditions and invite others to join you.
