We believe, in large part, feeling good about yourself is based on the belief that you have talents and abilities and that your contributions are valued in society. Our organization, through guidance, encouragement, and providing opportunities, seek to increase the human potential of the young people we come into contact with. We want to increase the congruency between what’s being l
earned and its application to the real world. The pillars of our organization are Educational Attainment, Economic Hope and Opportunity, Enriched Living Experiences coupled with Community Service. We seek to educate and build the character and capabilities of our youngsters. We do this by taking an active interest in what our children are doing as well as by providing rich and stimulating living experiences that promote growth and development while also enhancing our young peoples aim and talent. We encourage aspiration and set the loftiest of ideals as goals. However, we have a firm grip on reality and have a very pragmatic working relationship between the ideal and the practical. Our job, no matter how hard we try, is not to create a perfect environment, but rather to help our youngsters acquire skills to thrive in an imperfect world. Our program is Supportive, Preventive, Flexible and Responsive. We meet young people where they are in life, help them get to where they need to be, then help push and advance them to where they want to go. We have a commitment to make a difference in the world and do believe the children are the future. So we invest ourselves in them. We invest our dependability, responsibility, integrity, time and love into them and our projects. These are our goals as an organization and our mission to serve the community. We will evolve and continue to evolve to meet the needs of society’s youth. This concludes an introduction of who we are and what we wish to accomplish.
