Sacramento County Youth Commission

Sacramento County Youth Commission A voice for youth in local government. Commissioners serve three-year terms and must attend a Sacramento County middle or senior high school to be eligible.

The Sacramento County Youth Commission consists of fifteen youth appointed by the County Board of Supervisors to be a voice for youth in local government. Commission meetings are monthly. Commissioners also represent the Commission at important community events, forums and committees.

Families with highschool age youth should apply. You could win a $200 scholarship.

Fire Disaster Donation Drive!!
Sac County Sheriff's Dept Youth Services Unit
When: Friday, October 12th from 9: a.m to 1 p.m.
Where: Walmart, 5821 Antelope Road (near Roseville Rd)
What: Youth Services is focusing on toys for children who's families are impacted by the fires, however, they are accepting all donations. Toiletries, clothes, toys, etc.
