To say we’re excited to welcome these new faces to our team is an understatement!

Join us in welcoming these new nursing graduates to our Adventist Health family as part of our new RN Residency Program. Over the next year, they’ll learn, grow and work alongside our experienced teams as they make the transition from nursing school to professional practice.

This is an exciting milestone in their careers — and they won’t be navigating it alone. Our seasoned preceptors and entire nursing team will be there to guide, support and encourage them as they become familiar with their departments, our hospitals and our culture of caring.

We’re especially excited (and proud) that so many of these nurses are already familiar faces. Many have grown their careers with us, while others have spent time training at our hospitals during nursing school. We’re thrilled to now welcome them as colleagues!

You'll start seeing them at both Adventist Health Howard Memorial and Adventist Health Ukiah Valley and caring for you or your loved ones. We’re also welcoming several new nurses to our nursing float pool. These nurses will spend time learning at both campuses, getting to know our teams and facilities so they can step in and support our departments where they’re needed most.

We couldn’t be more excited to have this incredible group on board, and we can’t wait to see the difference they’ll make in the lives of our patients and communities. Join us in saying congratulations and giving them a warm welcome!
