Happy Fun Fact Monday!
We are excited to announce that local 8th-grader and extended family member AJ chose the Traces of Trinity Foundation for his class service project!

To raise support, AJ got creative. He whipped up delicious homemade cookies and even created a personalized video to share with friends and family, asking for their backing. Thanks to his amazing efforts and the generosity of his community, he successfully raised $525 to support our mission!

"I chose this non-profit because when I was in 7th grade, I saw my sister work on a non-profit, and my mom was there, and she told me that I should work on Traces of Trinity Foundation, and that I would be working close to home, and that they are family, and I also wanted to work on a project for kids who have rare diseases. So when I got to 8th grade, I knew exactly what I wanted to do, and that non-profit was very close to my heart." AJ

The Arrupe Project is a central part of the eighth-grade curriculum at AJ's school, challenging students to step up and make a real-world impact. Inspired by the life of Father Pedro Arrupe, SJ, a leader known for his commitment to justice and serving those on the margins, students choose a local organization to support, develop a fundraising plan, and dedicate themselves to making a positive change. AJ did a phenomenal job embodying that spirit of service!

Thank you to AJ for your hard work and for choosing to support us. Your contribution will help us provide essential resources and a bit of sparkle to families with children facing extended hospital stays.

40 MOMENTS OF SPARKLE & HOPE 🕊️

We are still catching our breath from the incredible outpouring of love during yesterday’s Big Day of Giving!

Our hearts are so full as we look at what this community accomplished together.
Because of your generosity, the Traces of Trinity Foundation raised $1,998 from 20 donors!

The Impact:
Your donations mean we can now deliver 40 of our signature TOT Totes to children and families facing long-term hospital stays.

That is 40 moments of "sparkle," 40 reminders to a family that they aren’t alone, and 40 ways we are keeping sweet Trinity’s legacy shining bright.

The Bigger Picture:
We are also so proud to be part of a region that cares. Together with 29,000 donors, 886 nonprofits across El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo counties raised a record-breaking $15.4 million!

More than just a tote... 🤍

When a child is in the hospital long-term, the world outside stops, but the needs inside grow. Our TOT Totes are carefully designed to provide the essentials and a "bit of sparkle" that families often need most when they are in the middle of a medical journey.

We have a heart-centered goal for this year’s Big Day of Giving: to provide 100 more totes to families in our local hospitals.
