Happy Memorial Day, today we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country; including many within our own communities and industry. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten. We encourage everyone to pause, reflect, and show gratitude to the heroes and military families whose sacrifices have helped shape and protect our nation.

We were honored to join Assemblymember Juan Carrillo to give evidence at the Assembly Communications and Conveyance Committee this week. Medic Ambulance Service President Jimmy Pierson and American Medical Response Communication lead KT McNulty provided testimony in favor of AB2041, reinforcing and strengthening Californias ‘Pre Arrival Instructions’ law which requires that life saving advice such as CPR be delivered by the call taker during an emergency 911 call.
