The Affordable Care Act is here to stay.

Today’s Supreme Court ruling is a huge victory for all Americans, including the more than 130 million Americans with pre-existing conditions whose livelihoods depend on coverage provided through the ACA.

Republicans tried and failed once again to abolish the ACA and eliminate vital benefits and protections that we all rely on.

Enough is enough.

It’s time to build on the ACA’s successes and make improvements that will make health care more affordable and accessible for all. Coverage is now more affordable and accessible than ever thanks to the American Rescue Plan’s massive expansion of the ACA, and it’s time to make that expansion permanent and build on the law, not tear it down.

Health care is a right, not a privilege.
