Educational Results Partnership is a non-profit organization that applies data science to help improve student outcomes and career readiness throughout our educational system. In partnership with educators and employers, we are charting the pathways that lead to academic success and living-wage jobs. Our goal is to ensure that more students are equipped to enter the workforce with the skills today’s global economy demands.
WE WORK WITH EDUCATORS TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY
Educational productivity refers to doing more with less. We help educators identify effective practices and pathways to increase college readiness, accelerate college completion, and improve career opportunities for a broader pool of students – with no additional funding.
WE WORK WITH ‘BUSINESS’ TO STRENGTHEN OUR WORKFORCE
We work with business leaders to identify equity and skills gaps and opportunities to improve diversity and economic impact. Using predictive analytics, we help employers improve hiring and talent forecasting processes. Additionally, we foster collaboration among ‘business’ and higher education to align degree and certificate programs with workforce needs.
WE CHAMPION EDUCATION AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL
We believe every student deserves the opportunity to succeed in school, work and life. We also understand that employers will need to draw from a more diverse talent pool in order to fill in-demand jobs. Ensuring educational equity is an economic imperative.
OUR GROWING IMPACT
Our longitudinal database on student achievement and employment is the largest in the nation and still growing, with data from all 50 states. We have strong relationships with like-minded organizations and are actively conducting work in California, Texas, Oregon and North Carolina. Our data collection effort is global.
