We work towards creating a more just democracy by elevating the voices of young people, tearing down barriers for our elders and smashing patriarchy and other forms of inequity. WE BELIEVE THAT:

We celebrate two of our favorite youth organizers, Cindy and Sandra, for the completion of an another amazing year of TSEV!

These two are the faces empowering and informing our young people who have been organizing and building leadership skills this year. It takes tremendous and intentional care to create and hold space where youth feel safe to belong and see their efforts to become.

Sac TSEV Year 1: A Home in the Making ☀️
A month ago, we celebrated the end of Sac TSEV's first year. A month from today, we'll begin Year 2.

Looking back, we're incredibly proud of everyone who helped build and nurture this space, our seniors who graduated, and the many faces who made this first year so memorable.

What started as an idea has become a place of community, growth, and belonging and we're excited for what’s ahead.

A special thank you to HIP's Youth Liaison, Dara, for your unwavering support of our youth program throughout the year. We couldn't have done it without you. 💙

We're hella thankful for our youth, educators, and staff who've helped make this a successful year. Most importantly, we are continuously in awe of our youths' passion, drive, and vision for a more equitable future through both lived experiences and a curiosity to grow.
