OMG! Details not known. How tragic!

Horse Drowns At Woodward Reservoir 🐴

A horse drowned at Woodward Reservoir around 5pm. The horse’s owner was on the scene, but the reason the animal was in the water is unknown. Sheriff’s deputies arrived after being called and recovered the carcass. Please remember to practice water safety.

Our June 27th SCS Saddle Benefit show was a success!!

39 riders; 7 leadliners; absolutely gorgeous weather; fast ground and so many riders and family members jumping in to help (it definitely takes a village to run a show) I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Region 4 family. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Regrettably I didn't get any photos yesterday (I'm really really bad about this, so sorry).

After arena fee and state rider fees are paid (Linda Quattlebaum was kind enough to donate her judging fee), Region 4 Gymkhana group will be donating $1,900 towards the state saddle fund program. So proud of our group for stepping up and making this all happen.

Harvest Moon Horse Rescue will be at our show Saturday June 27 selling waters, chips and freeze pops at our show @ Ed Hughes Memorial Arena.

Starting early so you all can plan accordingly -- attached is the Jot form for our new Region 4 grand entry shirts. New color is BLACK. Deadline is August 17 for orders in order to pick them up by our last 2 day show in September prior to state finals.

Women's or men's styles (no children sizes but adult XS can fit youth large or x-large)

Women's style is a tad tapered so I suggest sizing up if in between so allow room as these shirts don't stretch much.
