Happy Plant Something Day 🌼🌿

Your local pollinators are requesting more native plants immediately. Luckily, one plant can make a difference. 💛

Plant something wild. Plant something local. Plant native.

Endangered Species Day 🌿

Rare California natives like island mallow (Malva assurgentiflora) and Stebbins’ morning glory (Calystegia stebbinsii) remind us what’s at stake — and what’s worth protecting.

Every native planted and every invasive removed helps keep California wild. 💚

This Mother’s Day, skip the imported bouquet and celebrate with California native flowers — beautiful, resilient, drought-tolerant, and a lifeline for native bees and butterflies. A bouquet of natives gives back long after the vase is empty. 🌿🦋

Because nothing says “thanks for helping me grow” like flowers that help an entire ecosystem grow too. 🌸
