WHO KILLED DAVID MCMILLAN?
Before sunrise on August 8, 2020, David McMillan was found murdered at his campsite in San Juan Park in Citrus Heights.
A nearby resident reported hearing a series of thuds around 4:00 a.m. Surveillance cameras captured an unidentified person leaving the park—and investigators later recovered David’s backpack from a neighbor’s trash can.
Someone may remember a request for a ride, an unusual conversation, an injury, or something that didn’t make sense at the time.
