Today's post is about how anxious attachment can show up for us in relationships.

If you notice some of these patterns within yourself, please know that a lot of these responses are often deeply rooted in past experiences, attachment wounds, emotional inconsistency, or relationships that once made you feel unsafe, uncertain, or easy to leave behind.

I know it can create huge amounts of anxiety, panic, overanalysing, reassurance seeking, emotional overwhelm, and self blame within relationships, even when you care deeply about somebody.

But the positive thing is that attachment styles are not fixed forever. You can heal, grow, communicate differently, build self trust, and slowly develop healthier and more secure relationships over time.
