The Ring of Democracy is a non-partisan organization focused on promoting Civic Engagement while raising awareness around the issues of social justice, workers' rights, economic justice and housing justice. Through educational program, community engagement, community organizing and coalition building we work to expand, strengthen and empower our communities to make advocacy and civic participation

a responsibility. We will continue to lead the fight to eliminate barriers to civic participation and promote social justice, economic justice to enhance the quality of life of marginalized communities. Weโ€™re empowering the people most affected by injustice to lead movements to help improve the policies that affect their lives.

3. With reference to employee safety or health, unsafe working conditions or work practices
