The National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) is proud to welcome Sushma Jakkula as our new president.
An accomplished Ayurvedic clinician, public health professional, and founder of Ojas Ayurveda Health Center, Sushma brings more than two decades of experience in integrative medicine and an unwavering commitment to advancing the Ayurvedic profession.
A dedicated NAMA leader and longtime volunteer, she has played an instrumental role in strengthening our organization and continues to champion excellence in clinical practice, education, research, and professional standards. Her vision is to help expand the recognition and impact of Ayurveda throughout the United States.
As we begin this exciting new chapter, we look forward to the leadership, collaboration, and innovation that Sushma will bring to our community.
