Hello Everyone and Welcome to Families Giving Back - Sacramento, CA.

A lot of times people want to volunteer or learn how they can help other families in need but are overwhelmed by all of the opportunities out there. Most of the time you don't even know where to start.

I have created FGB Sacramento to unite families in the Greater Sacramento Area and provide a streamline way for people to find volunteer opportunities for themselves and their families.

My goal is to create a strong network of people and organizations that have the same goal - volunteering. Right now this will be a group to bridge the gap between families and organizations that already have volunteer work but the long term goal will be to create events of our own quarterly and then eventually monthly that will benefit those in need.
