Since 2011, Point West Rotary's Partners in Leadership program has paired PWR members one-on-one with Encina High School students for a day that changes how they see themselves as leaders.

Guided by Rotary's Four-Way Test, students dig into ethics, values, and decision-making, then keep growing through monthly Roundtable mentoring all year long. To date, over 385 students have graduated as PWR Partners in Leadership.

This is what "Impact begins with you" looks like.

Ever wondered what a Rotary meeting is actually like? Come find out! We gather every Friday at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast, great conversation, and a speaker who always gives us something to think about. No pressure, just good people doing good work — and we'd love to meet you.

Our impact doesn't stop at the Sacramento city limits. Point West Rotary led the charge in securing a Rotary Foundation Global Grant to bring reading education to thousands of young people in South Luangwa, Zambia. By building literacy support directly into the local school system, with long-term local oversight, we're helping break the cycle of poverty for generations to come.

This is Rotary's reach in action.

Huge congratulations to former Point West Rotary member Cori Badgely Mills, who has been appointed Acting Attorney General for the State of Alaska!

Cori's journey started right here in our club before she and her husband Andy (also a proud former PWR member!) headed north to Alaska. Since then, she's risen through the ranks at the Alaska AG's office, serving as an Assistant AG, supervising Labor and State Affairs, and leading the civil division.

This is exactly what Service Above Self looks like in action. We're so proud to call her one of our own! 👏

Join us in congratulating Cori on this incredible achievement!
